Meeting the author

Hi my name is Patricia. I am a senior at South Colonie High School. I am currently enrolled in a LMP class at the Capital Region Career and Technical School. LMP stands for lodging management program. My teacher is Steve Stophelano. I attened Capital Region Career and Technical School last year in a Culinary program with Chef Rother. This year I am doing a internship at The Albany Marriott every Tuesday until June, this is a 100 hour internship to help me get a hands on learning experience. Last year I did an internship there for my Culinary class that was an 18 hour internship where I rotated through the kitchen and banquet room. I enjoyed last year and this year I am waiting for that special click like I had last year.
